How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular items like water slides and obstacle courses can book up quickly during peak season (April-September). However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows!

What areas do you serve?

We deliver to all cities within a 40-mile radius of Rhome, TX 76078. Our primary service areas include Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Euless, Keller, and surrounding communities in Tarrant, Wise, and Parker counties.

How long is a rental period?

Our standard rental period is for the entire day (up to 8 hours). We typically deliver and set up in the morning and pick up in the evening. Extended rental periods and overnight rentals are available for an additional fee.

What is included in the rental price?

Our rental prices include delivery, professional setup, and pickup within our service area. We provide all necessary equipment including the blower to keep the inflatable inflated. All you need is access to a standard electrical outlet (within 50 feet) and a flat, clear area for setup.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies by rental. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments.

What if it rains on my event day?

Safety is our priority! If there is lightning, heavy rain, or winds over 20 mph, we cannot safely operate the inflatable. In these cases, we offer full rescheduling to another available date. We monitor weather closely and communicate with you about conditions.

How much space do I need?

Space requirements vary by unit. Each rental listing includes the dimensions. As a rule of thumb, you need the inflatable dimensions plus at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides. The area should be flat, clear of debris, and away from overhead obstacles like trees or power lines.

Can inflatables be set up on concrete or asphalt?

Yes! While grass is ideal, we can safely set up on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces. We use appropriate anchoring methods for each surface type. Please let us know your setup surface when booking.

Do I need to supervise the inflatable?

Yes, adult supervision is required at all times when the inflatable is in use. We recommend having at least one responsible adult watching the children. We provide safety rules and guidelines at delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may forfeit the deposit, but we will work with you to reschedule if possible. Weather-related cancellations are always fully refundable or reschedulable.

Are your inflatables safe and clean?

Absolutely! Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. Every inflatable is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We also inspect all units before delivery. We are fully licensed and carry liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Can adults use the inflatables?

Most of our inflatables are designed for children. However, we do have some larger units that can accommodate adults. Each listing includes weight limits and age recommendations. Please ask us if you need something suitable for adult use.
